About Lauren

I love helping people connect - on stage, in ballrooms, in boardrooms, and even in hallways at conferences.

I’m a professional emcee, facilitator, speaker, and trainer with a background in stand-up comedy and a deep belief that connection is a skill, not a personality trait.

I pursued this work because I’ve seen what’s possible when connection is designed intentionally. When people leave a conference feeling genuinely seen, energized, and connect - that’s not luck. That’s by design.

And I love being the person who helps make that happen.
