Engagement options

Ways We Can Work Together

Every meeting and conference is different. These engagement options are designed to meet you where you are, whether you need a focused moment of connection or strategic engagement support woven throughout a full agenda or multi-day experience.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all services, I partner with organizations at different levels depending on their goals, agenda complexity, and time together.

If you’re planning a conference or large meeting, you may want to start with Conference & Meetings.

How my Process Works

While every meeting is unique, my process is structured and intentional.

You bring your goals, audience, agenda, and any constraints. From there, I design the engagement approach, selecting and tailoring the right elements so the experience feels seamless, purposeful, and aligned with your meeting.

My role is to support the human experience of the meeting. Energy, flow, participation, and connection are thoughtfully supported so you and your leaders can stay focused on content, decisions, and outcomes that matter most.

three Engagement Containers

1. Interactive Workshops

60-90 minutes | Focused engagement and micro-learning

Interactive workshops (aka “breakouts”) are ideal when you want a single session to feel engaging, participatory, and immediately useful without turning the meeting into a lecture.

Each workshop focuses on one specific goal and is designed to be inclusive, practical, and introvert-friendly. Content is delivered through discussion, guided interaction, and real-time application.

Ideal outcome:

A focused, engaging session where participants connect, participate, and leave with ideas they can use right away.

Best for:

  • Kickoff sessions

  • Breakouts

  • Lunch-and-learns

  • Targeted team meetings

2. Half-Day or Full-Day Engagement & Facilitation

Engagement woven throughout the agenda

This option is ideal when the success of the meeting depends on how the day feels as a whole, not just what happens in one session.

Engagement is thoughtfully integrated throughout the agenda to support transitions, maintain focus, and help people stay present and connected from start to finish. Rather than adding noise or extra activities, this approach protects energy and flow so your content can land.

Ideal Outcome:

A meeting that stays focused, energized, and collaborative without feeling overproduced or exhausting.

When appropriate, this engagement may also include an Interactive Workshop for deeper skill-building or training components designed to support your specific goals.

Best for:

  • Leadership offsites

  • Planning sessions

  • Retreats

  • All-hands meetings

3. Multi-Day Conference Engagement

Multi-day | Strategically scoped

This partnership is designed for conferences and large-scale meetings where consistency, continuity, and connection across days matter just as much as individual sessions.

I work alongside your team to support the human experience of the conference, so attendees stay oriented, engaged, and connected from the opening session through the final day.

Ideal outcome:

A cohesive, energized conference experience where attendees feel connected, engaged, and confident navigating the event across sessions and days.

Best for:

  • Internal summits

  • Sales kickoffs

  • Company-wide multi-day meetings

  • Industry and association conferences

Optional Enhancements

(Layered intentionally, never required)

These elements can be layered into any engagement option based on your goals, audience, and agenda. Enhancements are designed to amplify the experience, not overshadow it.

Examples may include:

  • Music-driven energy and transitions with The Engagers

  • Structured networking experiences like Speed Networking with a Twist

  • Interactive games tied to meeting themes, like Music Bingo or Game Show Spectacular experiences

  • Welcome reception or end-of-day engagement activities

Enhancements are recommended thoughtfully after reviewing your agenda and objectives.
